Product Details

The Balance Brace gauntlet device is clinically proven to reduce postural sway and increase postural stability, reducing the risk of falls in elderly and high-risk patients. Its low-profile design fits into a variety of shoes, while velcro closures allow for easy donning. Balance braces are best used in conjunction with fall-prevention protocol such as: Physical therapy, strength training, and environmental changes in the home. This device is constructed with a thin 3mm polypropylene shell that can be utilized for pathologies beyond balance control. A fall-risk evaluation form should be completed to determine whether or not the bilateral brace is beneficial to the patient.
